Mix Leagues

Sunday Night Out Candlepin Bowling League is looking for male and female, bowlers!  We bowl every Sunday night - starting Sunday September 11th, 2011 - at 6:30pm.  The league is made up of men and women (you must be 18 or older to join), beginner and veteran candlepin bowlers bowling in teams of five.  We bowl 35 consecutive weeks with the exception of holiday’s and inclement weather that falls on a scheduled bowling night.  Each bowler bowls three games a night, bowling two boxes at a time on their turn.  The league is 100% handicap making it more enjoyable to all bowlers.  We do not have a minimum average requirement to bowl in our league.  Each bowler will bowl 3-4 weeks to achieve an average regardless of their past league experience. Individual and Team cash prizes are awarded at the end of each bowling season keeping a little bit of competitiveness among the bowlers; however, this league is all about having fun!  At the end of each season we go on a trip the first weekend in June where we attend our banquet and enjoy a mini 3-day vacation.  Every week, each bowler pays a league fee of $22.00 which gets applied to the following: alley fees, award prizes (cash and trophies), hotel fees, breakfast fees and banquet dinner fees.  We also have raffles and various pools that bowlers can join with cash awards given nightly and seasonally.  One Sunday in December the league hosts dinner for all the bowlers to celebrate the holiday season!  Twice a season the league holds competitions for prizes that bowlers can win such as Thanksgiving turkeys and a set of 4 brand new candlepin bowling balls!
